You need to bump up your Endurance.

Higher Endurance means you can carry more weight and still move quickly.You can also use Havels Ring or Lautrec's Ring which help with equipment load.

Keep in mind however that even with all that a player with lighter armor is always going to move slightly faster than someone with heavy armor regardless of your equipment load.It's not much but there is a difference.

I finally did it!. Thank you! I deff thought killing Pikachu was easier. The guy comes right to you. All I had to do was stay clear of the fat ass and then hit Pikachu. After that when they combined, the fat ass was an easy kill as he is so freaking slow.

Finally did a hard boss solo, yeah! I didn't have ninja flips, I took off the favor ring, had to wear less armor, ran back to andre to super charge a light crossbow, grinded a lot of sniper bolts, got a lightning uchi-"penis" +2, and before all that died 12 times.

Sad part is while fightning David Spade solo, I found a sweet spot and cheesed the last 33% of health away. Kind of a let down because it was way too easy, but it was the last chance I had that night.

To anyone who sturggles to defeat these guys, don't fret: The game (especially the bosses) gets SIGNIFICANTLY easier after Anor Londo.

Also killing Ornstein first is the key to this fight. Smough is overall the MUCH easier one of the two and his phase two version doesn't even compare to Ornstein.

Another easy way is to beat 'em is to buy Black Firebombs from the merchant in Sen's Fortress. Especially Smough is weak against 'em. Just like using crossbow, but bit more effective. I killed these two as lvl 1 :D

next time up, use a lightning weapon to kill smough, i used the lightning spear +4 then a fire weapon to kill ornstein i used a fire flamberg +8 makes the fight extremely simple, and with smough and giant ornstein just stay tight to them unless they're doing the ass slam

@SIMEB0Yx TIP 1 : DO NOT lock on in the first fight, unless you are killing Ornstein first. TIP 2: If/When fighting giant Ornstein, just stay between his legs, he won't touch you. Be aggressively smart.

Ornstein is smart enough to jump back and do his unblockable lightning stab move if you spam close range attacks under his legs, particularly Great Combustion which does wonders on him, being that close limits your roll out options because it has like a moderate tracking effect as well.

@TheForceGun It will not touch you... He did that attack 3 or 4 times and missed every single time..Just walk forward (not backwards) and attack, and retain a bit of stamina for blocking in case he does the backwards jump slash (which may or may no hit you)..

They are not that bad! I beat them the first try - i ran past every enemy until the fight. I used all my Estus, and one Humanity for healing. I killed thin dude first, with a Crytal Halbred +2 and the Gold-Hemmed armor..

The Dark Wood Grain ring. You pick it up by killing the fogged ninja guard of Shiva of the East, so you have to be part of the Forest Covenant to get it. Shiva and his guard will appear in Blighttown, that's where you get it.

these two are mean assholes - the initial part of seperating them long enough to get some hits in on Ornstein is a pain. Its definatley easier fighting Smough after killing Ornstein as you can hide behind a pillar and once he does some slam attacks charge in and get a sneaky hit in on him and then get back behind the pillar. Takes a while but works a treat.

@mindbend13 Just reverse hallow and summon someone. Solaire summon sign is on one side of the room before the boss. Besides that you can make a fire weapon as they are both weak to it.

@mindbend13 You might have to backtrack but if you opened the shortcut in sen's it shouldn't be a problem at all. Once you get past the area where the giant threw bombs at you, proceed across a walkway, the obvious choice of direction will be right (this is heading towards the boss) look to the left and there will be a gap in the walkway jump it and head down to find a key to open all of the cages in sen's. One set of 2 cages in the room before the boss is the elevator shortcut.

@mindbend13 Not even any humanity in item form? Nothing really comes to mind as far as getting humanity in Anor Londo. But there is another thing you can do even though is not very fun. Go to the first bonfire in Anor Londo and farm the giant knight in the rooms in each of the sides, they give like 1500 souls each. Farm them until you're strong enough to kill the boss. It ain't fun, but it works.

Won't matter if you have 30 vitality or 40...but it does matter if you have a Lightning spear or a +3 Spear..

I always kill Ornstein last. Not only is it easier (for me anyway, just get really close to him and he can't hit you unless he uses the slam, which can be dodged easily), but his armor is cooler looking and you also get his spear.
