Just out of curiosity, where is the serial number located on that ovation? I recently came across a 1111-1 Balladeer Ovation and need to check the serial number to see what year it was made so that way I can decide what kind of offer to make the guy selling it.
sweet vid.. i have a applause guitar from 77' it was my step-grandpas then my step-dads for a long time, and now its mine, and i find it kool that the older the guitar the better it sounds, so i would match it up to a gibson, mabye a martin

@zazmo I own an Ovation 1111 Balladeer and my serial is inside the sound hole, near the neck. Hope this helps!
