Tibetans in India have same numbers of singer as Tibet with only just over 100,000 Tibetans. Cultural Genocide means Tibetan language taken over by Chinese. You can't even do shopping with Tibetan language in Tibet. It's all Chinese. I feel sorry for the singers in Tibet as they sing under duress, fear and uneasiness. Namkha - he is in the prison for singing cultural song. Tibet is the only country in the world that execute singers for singing song. Wake up - For freedom, justice and peace

Tibet used to be once a beautiful country and free country - used to have lots trees and wildlives. One is free to speak what you think, saw or hear. Tibetans in India have better future - there are many university graduates compared to in Tibet. There is no opportunity for Tibetans as they don't speak Chinese. Forget about getting job - you can't even do shopping with Tibetan language.  You have to take translator. This is cultural genocide.

I recently go over many Tibetan websites including the ones in Indian Tibentan "government" in Exil. I also watched so many Tibetan songs on website. I have to say the most beautiful, tellented, happy Tibetan singers are in China. I am sure you know this too. I think Tibetans in China has a great future and they have so much opportunities. The opportunities in India is not even clos to be comparable. Come back to China, come back to your homeland. Comeback even for a short visit! (L)

I don't think Tibetans are abused. My firends have been to Tibet many time to take photos. It is so beautiful there. They lived in many local tibetan homes.I think some of the homes I have to say looks more beautiful than Dalai lama's house in India now.China has put in so much money into tibet ech year.I think they contribute certain amount to locals when they build their homes. Tibetan locals' houses are much better on average then nearby Han chinese houses because they don't get the subsity.

I too have been in Tibet, but in it's true face. When you go there for turism or taking pictures *or doing some kind of review, if you're allowed by Chinese gobern lets you* you can only see it's 'Chineses facade', the one that's better, but when you go there for a humanitary thing or something else *I have lived in a monestry for a week* you see how cruel reality is...
