  • can i ask you for a dinner?

  • You should makke a tutorial for this.

  • good playing and sound quality, sounds as if its from the cd :-/

  • I've been learning this and I'm finding the bit around 30 secs really hard. Does it get harder after this bit? :o

  • nice legs;)

  • Beautiful playing, esp the slower movements. Cheers!

  • your sound is so sweet and so kind l love it !

  • very nice, how long did it take to learn?

btw trying it too at the moment

  • Nicely done!

  • Really nice Job! :) Learning this piece at this moment!

  • music sheet?

  • You did a fantastic job of this! You are amazing! :D

  • 23 people can't hear!!!! this is so beautifull!!!!

  • wow

  • Buying my first keyboard tomorrow as i am taking lessons at my music college! Love watching people like yourself play, it is really inspiring. Alex.

  • How long did it take you to learn this, im tryin and its taking a while! Btw ypu play it amazingly!! Cant wait til i have it learned :) -3

  • Amazing playing! And it's really relaxing to just sit and listen to :)

  • @YuemS pervert

  • Wow! I was like "That piano sounds amazing for an upright!" Then I saw that it was a Weinbach. Explains everything. My grandma owns a Weinbach grand to die for. I'd play it over many Steinways. That piano is a real jewel!

  • sounded beautifull untill the end

  • I enjoyed the speed this was played at. About the same tempo I play this at. I either hear this song played to fast or to slow. Thanks for the post and stop by my channel to hear some of my own compositions.

  • nice legs

  • You play this so well...one of my favorite pieces =]

  • Wonderful, just wonderful

  • As other comments have said, it can afford to be played a little faster. It is meant to be as powerful and as unstoppable as the ocean; the music must flow. My advice would be to keep the tempo steady in the main segments, but really emphasise the melody. Everywhere else I love the dynamics, both in speed and volume. Whatever feels right for you.

Bright pianos really suit this piece, stops the bass from clogging up.

Overall, there's some work needed, but very good. Be proud.

  • amazing dun dun dun <3

  • lovely :)

  • Ah!! You did this so well, :D

  • if only i could play the piano :( this is like my all time fave song, would love to learn how to play, how long do folk reckon it would take to learn been a complete novice?

  • Wow ;P Awesome! I really want to play this song too, but I always get stuck on the second piano sheet xD haha srry for bad english (A) Great job!

  • to slow

  • @Fresh0razoR Lol, nope, I think it's at the right pace. :) CAn you then, play it faster?

  • @BattiManZel Yes, much. But it sounds horrible when you do that. It just needs a little bit more.

  • @Fresh0razoR

or not?..Perhaps she prefers playing it at that speed or just hasn't learnt to do it any faster yet?..In my opinion it sounds fine, much better than what i could ever achieve!

  • @motorcrosser12 I'm listening again and my opinion stays the same: too slow. Actually some pieces are made for playing fast. what would the 3rd moonlight sonata movement sound when played slow? not good. And if she hasn't learnt to play it any fast yet => more learning and then recording! I really like amateur videos, but in the past years there came soooo much poor recordings on youtube that just waste your time...

  • Greate job :P, i just learned this music and u have the same interpretation as I, probably cuz we have the same age, u look cute too :D

  • Great playing -- and sexy legs!

  • This is great well done, currently learning this for a wedding :)

  • Ufff, GREAT Cover for this Song!!!

  • I hate that both top comments are about physical attraction

  • @pedroluizb Removed, didnt realise :)

  • @pedroluizb

    surrrre you didn't ;D hahaha

  • @pedroluizb The human body is the ultimate art form. Why do you hate art appreciation?

  • I wonder if it's a difficult piece to learn. I'm a educated drumteacher but have taken alot of pianolessons some years back.

  • Could U please record it again more dressed cause I can't make attention on ur hands still looking ur pretty legs :/

  • @MrPejsze You can simply close your eyes and use your ears instead.

  • everybody who wasnt liking this video ok

  • i watched anothers videos..

and your video is the best!!!!!!!!!

    shut up everybody

    this coveer is perfect

  • Veryveryveryyygoooddd!!!!!!!

  • O.O holy

  • I wish I had a girlfriend who plays a musical instrument like any girl on youtube.

  • I think I'm in love :)

  • the best cover ever..

  • I really like the way you play this, it has a lot of heart in it!

  • i layed on my bed...and just cried.

  • What kind of piano do you use?

  • Lovely! Awesome job.

  • I just thought you should know that this is my absolute favorite version of this song on Youtube (and I've watched a lot of them). The emotion you put into it and liberties you take with tempo in specific sections are fantastic. I'm trying to learn this now (which is going to be a huge challenge for such a novice player) and I am very grateful for your hard work and taking the time to make this available! Thank you! : )

  • wow <3

  • if you like this piece, you might like my latest piano composition. Search "La jeune fille austin" and click on first video. I hope it moves you in some way

  • Amazing, very Amazing. *-*

  • This was... amazing. Like, seriously, wow.

I've been learning this for a couple of days. It's so hard!!

Such a beautiful piece, and played brilliantly!

  • you weren't attempting, my dear, you were succeeding!

  • Yes! Yes! Yes!

  • :o i like it!!

  • That was brilliant! I've been practicing this song for couple days and it really is quite difficult, you can't just play it through without any emotions. I hope I'll learn to play it like you did! : )

  • wonderful song and beautifully played. congratulations :)

  • wonderfully played. absolutely beautiful!!

  • seca :')

    [aplausos]

  • Absolutely beautiful! Very well done! :-)

  • Can you upload a tutorial for this song. I searched the whole of the internet for a video tutorial of this song but couldn't find one. Its a shame i can read sheets! :'(

  • how much time did it take you to learn it? i want to try it too, but i doubt i will manage as well as you!

  • I very much enjoyed your slow full of feelings version.. Contrasts mine..Best wishes to Nottingham

  • Hmmmm....lovely,but not enough passion.

  • Kyle's version is way better. This is just plain boring.

  • i want to touch your legs

  • I play piano as well and so far, the hardest work from a composer that I have learned yet is by Yann Tiersen. Either Comptine d'un Autre ete: L'apres Midi or La Valse d'amelie. Try out those. They are beautiful pieces :)

  • @RIPJoeJoe Hi! Thank you for the suggestions, I have a video of Comptine d'un Autre ete on my channel somewhere, and I love playing it. It is so peaceful!

    Take care x

  • Wow (a lack of a better word) AMAZING!!! xD

  • @RIPJoeJoe je les est joué et je dois dire que tu as raison pour amélie poulin ;)

  • @RIPJoeJoe Personally i didnt find "hard" those songs, i play Comptine d'un Autre ete and i'm halfway in Valse d'amelie. They are both masterpieces, they are my 2 favorite piano songs. But i think you just need to practice rythm, I've learned piano by my own, and i believe anyone can do it :)

  • @elapichoo They aren't incredibly hard to play, they are just tedious to learn with mediocre coordination XD lol. but i do agree. they are beautiful master pieces. :)

  • @elapichoo now you should go try la campanella

  • @jw2898 My God, that's way on another level!. I'm just a beginner :(

  • i can do better

  • @aurore33 No you cant & you cant even spell "Level" & its the second video you said this about & you spelled it wrong both times, & both videos were great... I saw you "rendition" and it, like you, Sucked Ass !!!

  • am at lavel 7

  • really good performance... you play the piano very well...

    thanks for the link

  • your version is probably the best I've heard on youtube.

  • You play it very well! Congratulations!!

  • Comment removed

  • Haha i have to move too when the lower part has to be played

  • Beeeeauuuutiful! You have a lovely piano too!

  • Well played. Although, to demystify this song: it's actually easy to play. I can barely read sheet music and I can play it.

It's a minimalistic piece (based on repitition of chords), making it quite easy to understand and reproduce.

  • beautiful, love it!!

  • Very nice and smooth.keep it up with the good work!!!!!!!!

  • Wonderful(L)!

  • oh man, it is perfect for me

  • Very very nice!!

  • you play this so wonderfull i don´t kidding you... i cry ;(

  • Woww... Wonderful!

    Say hello to Brazil.

  • Absolutely wonderful!

  • What level/grade is this arrangement? Does anyone know?

  • @paperkite03

it varies depending on country, but in Australia it is in the AMEB piano for leisure grade 5 book, which is about grade 4.5

  • @paperkite03 There is no levels/grades for a pianist, at least not for me ;-)

I have been playing for 7 years, but I love this arrangement and I want to play it!

So what if it takes time, so what if you are going to struggle with it!

If you want to play it, then do it!

One of my favorite arrangements is Yann Tiersen's "Comptine d'un autre été" and it took me right about two years to master it. I could play it, but it took me two years to feel it, when I played it.

    So nothing is impossible ;-)

  • beautifully :) you have talent.

  • Preciosa!

  • Tutorial please!! i would love you forever

  • This is actually amazing. I'm surprised because you're hitting the tempo and emotion of each note with such precision!

  • excellent...

  • Goosebumps. Seriously.

  • Could u please make a tutorial????? I love the song and u really are good to play it :)

  • Very good played!Beautiful!

  • Very nice. Maybe speed it up a little more. Watch my vid of this piece :)

  • 17 people don't know what good music is

  • bravissimaaaaa....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love you.

  • Very good.

Apart from you don't play the much more varied left hand part.

And the actual sheet music has a proper ending on the last page.

It has a much more effective and professional ending.

  • wo...! lovely.

  • you are, amazing.. i hope one day i get to play as good as you..

  • wait a minute, you are matilda myszka, from britains got talent! =P

  • @NevinJarek I know Matilda, she's a childhood friend, and she's actually good on piano.

Even if she is ridiculously rude, and chose a shit piece for the show.

  • @DDashColon The show is shit, I have seen some decent talent be turned down over some very untalented yet silly, ergo entertaining, bullcrap. Its more a show about geeky silly vs cool silly than about talents vs untalent. Besides she wasnt unjustifiably rude, the judges didnt let her play enough, they were just bored, they wanted some massive constellation of arpeggios or a coldplay song from the beginning...

  • err. it has been a long time, do you have a newer version with less twitchy rubato?

  • I was wondering if you ahd any tips of playing trhis? i've had my fourth grade piano certificate for at least a year now. Thanks

  • Haha, I love the Butt-Shuffle technique! Carried out by myself a few time also lol

    Nice playing too ;)

  • you are one mad genius

  • amazing!

  • great job..!

  • how long did i take for you to learn this? :D

  • hey im gonna copy this performance when i play this!

  • Hey RememberSeptember,

I want to perform this at a little informal gathering. my question, how does thesheet music relate to the performance? For example the sheet music has a part near the end where the notes are grouped into groups of 5 notes. Out of all the recordings i have heard, i have never heard people play this part.. or are they playing it and i am not hearing it?

My plan is just to listen to this video you have done and totally copy it.. seeing as the music is a bit different

  • You obviously have talent, keep up the good work :)

  • NICE! I also play this song on piano! it's beautiful, hah?

  • well done that was a beautiful performance of a great piece of music

  • You're absolutely amazing! I love this song. So much. I can only play half the song, but this motivated me into learning the rest as well.
