  • @heIIkid Then how about working with your abs rather than you neck? Do the exercises using you abs' muscles, meaning: do them slowly and make sure you feel them where you are supposed to, your neck should remain fixed.

If you want a proper six pack you need the right mixture of diet and the proper exercises - 90% of people who think they're building a six pack are training the wrong muscles!   • I've been doing these kind of work out for years with no result (no 6 pack), so just an advice for anyone who are looking to get abs, the most important thing is your diet. If you have fat in your abdominal; these workout is not going to burn them off. Do cardio to get rid of the fat, then avoid fat food to prevent the fat from coming back. after that you have to keep changing abs exercise, if something is too easy and does not burn your abs dont do it, try something harder. Gl !

  • @wingegia Diet and current body fat plays a huge role. If you are slim but with little muscle this will work wonder for you since you have no body strength. I drink 10 glasses of water a day and feel greattttttt

  • @MissWooHoo1 theres no correct order to them, but i usually start doing around 20 mins of cardio then bicep/tricep next day 20 mins of cardio Buns/legs

    it depends on your body type if you are fat workout 4/5 Days a week and rest, if you are skinny do exercise 3 times per week since you want to develop muscle you need to rest more

  • If you listen to him and follow the technique, You should not have a sore neck. If you are, then you are pulling your head with your hands too far. This is a simple contract and release exercise in the abbs. There is no need to lift your back or head into your knees.

  • For anyone saying to tuck ur chin in to avoid neck pain DON'T! That is how you mess up ur neck

    And it's harder to breathe. I have been a dancer my whole life and cheerleader for 4 years you should find a point to focus on (particularly diagonally above u) and keep ur face parallel to that point. The neck pain will go away with ur mussels getting used to the movements.

  • For the people asking if it works hmmm obviously it should if theirs crunches or any other type of crunches involved it should cause that's like the only workout for abs now besides machines in the gyms which don't really work as well

  • @TheTrollDatUHate Try it once. if your abs feel warm and feel like they've been worked then it works. All of these exercises are good for your abs, but if your not getting results, then you're doing them wrong, or your diet needs to be changed to lose more belly fat. you can't get abs with just exercises alone, you need to have a good diet and lose belly fat to have 6pack abs.

  • how do you keep at it? i have abs and it burns to the extent my muscles turn soft directly after the exercise. maybe its coz i'm' lifting up myself too much or maybe its coz i' haven't done it in a while

  • I have been doing this video off and on for years. I even taught ballet and had my dancers go through this routine weekly. I love the flow, the way it hits the different areas of the abs and then goes back to the again. Perfect balance!

  • @theunstoppable007 depends on your form and how well you keep up, if you're slacking on this you won't feel much burn, but if you're already well built from the start you won't feel much burn either, after 3 days doing this i dont feel sore just tired as well

  • I do them three times in a row with a two minute break in between sets. It can be done. The front of neck pain goes away with time. Nothing to worry about if you are following his instructions...
