This was voted for by the british public... it is absolutely no surprise peter kay got to number 2 over hicks and whatever. Bill Hicks is phenomenal but he is still pretty much a cult comedian. Im british, and I know a lot of very small minded people who hate bill hicks but who would probably gladly pay money to go see a douche like jim davidson. But when it comes to where the british publics heart lies, its with kay over hicks. Kay is like a national treasure. I find him pretty damn funny to.
