The only bad thing about those type of AFO's are that after some time you develop callus on your foot. I've had mine for 3 years and it works well but it makes my foot hurt after wearing it for awhile. Got luck with it. As long as you can enjoy normal life, it out weighs the bad!!

can you run while using noodle afo on both foots having foot drop?

where can i find these? i have a custom made AFO for my foot drop and it is so big and bulky i could NEVER be able to do these things!
