  • I'm an atheist but I love this song for some reason.

  • Cool story bro, mind sharing why?

  • I'm not Christian, but I really love this song.

  • @XtortionB3ar Why's that?

  • @Lamefoureyes It's hopeful. Anyone from any religious or non-religious background can be inspired by hope. Plus I just enjoy the music.

  • @XtortionB3ar I agree, hope is quite inspirational. Thanks for sharing dude :)

  • love this version best song ever... esta version esta super perrona Que Dios Bendiga a toda persona que vea este video.

  • this is absolutely wonderful. everytime I listen to the song, I go to your video :) good job!

  • I like the original version of this song.. but this one is even better i Love it... que viva el ska y que viva Jesucristo.

  • i love this song so much, i can't stop listening to it.

  • what is this from? it's not the live album version obv...

  • nice video, but the you mixed up one of the lines its" the struggle goes on"

    not "the circle goes on"

  • @onepiece1fan I was gonna say the same thing.

This song will forever be my favorite song of all time.

  • this almost makes me cry. I love you god

please carve me into your will

  • this almost makes me cry. I love you god

  • This is one of those songs that you can't help but Praise God to :-)

    sooooo Thankful!

  • Nice! I recognized Coal Creek Peak!

  • Thanks for posting. Beautiful vid. :)

  • Awesome job man! My videos aren't this good.

  • go with christ bra

  • you know, I don't have many of their albums, but maybe I just didn't appreciate their lyrics enough. this song reaches deep. I used to mainly like them because they made me laugh, but ....wow.

  • This song gives me the chills! So good.

  • amazing job on the video!!!

  • I love this song and Distant Shores. I'm not Christian, but I can identify with the central theme: Losing yourself, wanting to find yourself again, and eventually doing so through whatever means. In this case, God.

  • Totally agree. I'm no longer a christian(at least in the traditional sense), but growing up this song was so meaningful to me - still is.

  • the end is a lot like distant shores, but i still love it :)

  • Distant Shores is a newer version of this song. Every New Day was written first and then they used the ending from it for Distant Shores.

  • @KingofHearts542542

    Thats not quite right...

Every New Day has one ending. Then, on the last studio album "The End Is Near" they created the song On Distant Shores, which is entirely different from Every New Day.

Then at their final show, they recorded THIS version of Every New Day which replaces the ending with the ending from On Distant Shores.

  • @KingofHearts542542 On Distant Shores was not actually a continuation of this song per se. It was the last song on FIF's last album. The song they played last at every show was Every New Day, and they wanted to make a connection to that song, so they used a similar theme and the same ending to finish off The End is Near. But they both compete for my favorite FIF song ever, and I'm not sure which I like better.

  • @kimberey151 in fact, the reason the ending of this song is in On Distant Shores is that this song finished every Five Iron Frenzy concert after it was released and every Five Iron Frenzy fan knew it by heart. It was a fitting ending to their final album.

  • @kimberey151 from they time they wrote this song they used Every New Day to end their concerts. On Distant Shores is the end of their last album, thats why they threw this on at the end, it was their signature sign off. and it fitted PERFECTLY at the end of the song.

  • Reese really put everything into this song, shows how much he means his words.

  • I was just thinking the same thing as I listened to the last part.

  • Reese's harmony at the end gave me chills.

  • Definetly wish i coulda seen them live...they need a reunion tour

  • 2:37 its the struggles go on, not the circles go on

  • Wow, the live version seems to be better. I really feel the emotion of it from the live version more.

  • A lot of bands I'd rather just listen to the CD and don't care about seeing them live. Five Iron Frenzy is one band that I really wish I could have seen live. I have both their live albums and they're so completely awesome..

  • I've seen them live, they put on a fun show. I'm sad they broke up because these guys were actually a good band that was Christian instead of the normal very bad Christian bands we have today. There is a big difference. These guys were Christians making good music for sake of creating good music not to give "a Christian alternative" to something else. Really liked them.

  • Schaut, wie die Feinde dort wider uns stehn, sie tragen ihr Kreuz kühn vorran

Doch müssen sie bald schon ihr Ende sehn, denn das alte Rad zieht seine Bahn

  • did any one put out one that is not live

  • Great song, good video

  • Now I'm not Christian, but I still find their music very powerful and great; they truly are that good.

  • powerful song, beautiful lyrics.

    Glory to Christ

  • Glory! Glory! Be to the one who deserves it the most.

  • my bro and sis saw their last concert.

  • I'm really really jealous

  • yeah i have almost every FIF cd and love almost every song :) i'm so blessed i got to see them twice while i was growing up and was in a youth group at church. i went to college and my roommate and i always used to jam out to these guys. now that i've gotten a little bit older (26) i still listen to this song and it just inspires me so much. and if you are ever going through a rough time pop this song in and it'll give your life such a jump start too. God wrote this song through them 100%.

  • oh and awesome video thx a ton!

  • Wow, really good job on this video!! Fabulous song, powerful words! Wish FIF was still playing together!

  • I love you man who made this, I have been wanting this song online for ever. You are officially the Champion.

  • A very powerful song, and you combined it with equally powerful images; awesome job! FIF's farewell concert was the best I've ever been to and I echo the sentiment of many others on here-I hope they'll do a reunion tour in the future.

  • Yes! The farewell show at the FIlmore remains one of my most cherished teenage memories..I can't wait for the new DVD that's coming out!

  • you went to that!? lucky!! I would give a lot to have been there. too bad I'm too young lol

  • This song has inspired me since the first time I heard so long ago!...wow I miss Five Iron....Praise God 4 working through them.

  • I love this song by them so freaking much, It shows that we need God, because even in the hardest of times, God will help us if we ask him.

FIF forever, I wish i knew about them before they broke up :(

P.S. From what I have been reading on some comments for FIF vids, they are goin on a reunion tour in 2013, though, I'm not 100% positive

  • Nice job on the video.

    I love Five Iron Frenzy!!

I only wish I had gotten to know them before they broke up, then I've could've seen them in concert.

A lot of bands aren't worth seeing in concert (you might as well listen to the CD cause it costs less, usually), but I can tell that it would've been awesome to see Five Iron Frenzy from listening to their live CDs and I wish I coulda been there.

  • I am really praying for a reunion tour all over the world. So i get to see them too :P

  • Amen to that. I was once really sad and hopeless, and I listened to this song and it made me happy again. Five Iron Frenzy was a great band, and I hope they get together again one day.

  • One of the best songs ever written of all mankind. It is up there with the great hymns of old. With so much depth. Great job on the Video. This is a great live version of the song as well. It was a great concert to be a part of. God bless!

  • i have to agree with you. this song makes the Holy Spirit jump in me. i dont know of any other fast paced song like this that could bring me to tears. but it really expresses the ultimate love of Jesus.

  • A good job well done :)

  • nice very nice

  • thank you

  • Awesome
