I remember being surprised at Sam's anger and the "don't be stupid" line, but I understood his frustration with the girl he wanted always out of his reach.

I also remember not liking Sookie as the main character because of scenes like this. She was such a self-righteous little bitch back then. Her behavior here is none better than his.

aw i loved them together too. she should have just stuck with sam. he's normal. well not normal but more normal than vampires. sam is one horny dog (pun intended)
