as you can see, even if DINAGYANG did not win 3 times in a row, it only shows the WINNING CONSISTENCY of ILOILO CONTINGENTS THAT NEVER EVER FAILED TO GET A SPOT IN THE TOP 3 SINCE ALIWAN STARTED. ang inyo, bumalik nga ang SINULOG nung 2009 (ALCOY SILOY)... wag niyo i deny na hindi taga CEBU yan. pero ano nangyari, TOP 10 FINISHER LANG!? saan ang CONSISTENCY NIYO DUN?!? hahaha! pahiya ka ba? haha! kaw kasi! nagmamarunong, di naman marunong.

The Sinulog Festival of Cebu City has the most number of wins in the cultural dance category with three straight championships from 2006 to 2008. Another contingent from Cebu, Sinulog sa Carmen, also won 3rd place year 2008 (both contingents, Lumad Basakanon of Cebu City and Sinulog sa Carmen from the Cebu Province, landed in the top three wherein Lumad Basakanon garnered the Aliwan Hall-of-Fame).

napaka kitid naman ng definition mo ng sayaw. you rely much on props. hahaha. props are just enhancements supposedly. pero sa ibang festivals, hindi. PANG COMPENSATE SA LACK OF SUBSTANCE ng sayaw. pwes, ibahin mo ang DINAGYANG. WE CAN SURVIVE with MINIMAL PROPS. check mo lang ang blockings ng PAN-AY. walang props yun. i compare mo nga sa mga pinagmamalaki mong festivals, for sure, magmumukha silang engot kasi walang props. hahaha!

secondly.....kung ganyan lang ang dala dala ninyo sa aliwan i dont think uubra kau sa himag -ulaw na tumalo sa buyogan nung recent sinulog..i dont think uubra yang mga props ninyo sa gnada ng visual effects ng back draft nila..pangatlo yan close open na back draft palitan na yan..trabdemark yan ng pagjidaet sa aliwan...4..comment lang ha..maxadong malayo ang grupong to sa buyogan....

‎4. Choice of colors for costumes and props....Green and red are good choice but if they could add more catchy colors much better. Di lang mag-add sang color nga medyo dark and heavy kay sundown na ginahiwat ang Aliwan. Otherwise indi makita ang effects.

Banga...nagdugay sila sa banga nga wla gihapon element of surprise. dapat sang ginabless sang babaylan ang mga banga, it's either smoke coming out of the banga or some sort of animal for the ritual nga ipakita nila after sang blessing. At least madefine gamay ang concept. 3. Aliwan is different from dinagyang. Refinement gamay sa concept pra maintiindihan sang judges without sacrificing the snappiness of the movements

No i think they SURPASS the performance of 2008 and 2010.. but in 2008. The advantage there is the Risers and Props had no Limit in Size.... but during 2009 new rules was implemented and risers need to be minimized....

dinagyang festival was indeed a fabulous festival and must be considered as Philippines finest,but .....in my own opinion....please! calling the attention of the next organizer....please paki post ng creteria of choice kung ano ang reason na nag win ang isang grupo and to be considered as champions....one thing is for sure.....this years champions dont deserved it,lets face it....mas credible ang SALOGNON!!!!!!

congrats,, its right na kayo nanalo, pero hindi maka tarungan para sa isang group na nanalo ng 3rd place which is salognon. Kasi may prove sila na mas maraming tao na nagandahan sa kanila. obvious naman.... we are from manila, we disappointed sa judging nila.
