Why do females always say, "I knew it, I knew it!" or something to the effect that they suspected it ahead of time when someone is pregnant?

Do they pride themselves on having some sort of "chick pregnancy radar?"

@Jokerr920 I lived not only in a different state the first time, but in a different country the second time, and my Mom just knew both times. Call it Mom's intuition or whatever, but you just know.
