Not really. The way this thing moves around brings a lot of wear to to a convenient heavy civil transport, so it would be very expensive to maintain. Not to mention that it can't really go in a straight line, and any person inside would be shaken very violently. This thing is meant for military surveillance or looking for wounded people in dangerous places
