Be careful and think twice before buying RTX Dualphone from ChatandVision. I had ordered and paid for a device through their e-shop thanks to recommendations of Skype.
Device was delivered in a month and was faulty and useless. I've returned device back and claimed either replacement or refund. It is alreadymore than five months !!! without any response from ChatandVision.
I just wonder how Skype could accept and recommend such a company with awful or no service as their partner.
The customer relations of both Skype and Dualphone are APPALLING. All they are interested in is selling handsets.
After 3 weeks of being given the runaround between Skype & DualPhone over a fault that developed after 10 months, I have now given up and won't be buying anything from the Skype shop or DualPhone again.
My advice would be to avoid buying that handset and stick to one of the larger more respectable manufacturers.
You noted that we should stick with the more respectable manufacturers when it comes to skype-phones. However, the market has shrunk dramatically and there does not seem to be any skype compatible device out there. Can you recommend any device that is easy to configure with Skype? I am looking for a cordless dual phone (no computer needed). Thanks a bunch!
Non ti puoi prendere il numero italiano, mispiace, pero io mo me lo compro propro sto telefono perchè uso un numero inglese per lavoro, e mi sarebbe veramente molto, ma molto comodo
ciao, ma comprando il credito skype ti viene asseganto un numero geografico sul quale ricevere chiamate da telefoni fissi "normali" ? così mi prendo una linea ADSL senza telefonia ! grazie...cià
