@TheOntarioGardener I didn'tt have any cucumbers on the one I tried....but I think it got over watered. So let me know how you do ;)

I must ask about a former vid. Can one make salted herbs with any collection of fresh herbs? I have seen you do it with the tops of garlic but some recipes call for several (5 or more). Any "rules" I should follow?

@LadyCatherine538 To be honest I don't know, we only do onions here, and the garlic scapes still look and taste good. i guess it could work with herbs too...I'm noe sure if they would be better than dried tho. oh and I've done it once with leeks, worked just fine too. I guess if you have access to fresh herbs, you could try it and let us know ;) And thanks for watching and commenting ;)

I'm so glad your doing this again, cause I'm going to start one too this year. I can't sit around and not plant anything another day. I have had to wait so long to garden that I will go crazy if I don't see something green in here soon. Never thought I would become an "Inside Gardener" but I guess it was time. Good luck, and when I get my huge planter tomorrow, I will be right there with you. Can't wait to see our progress!

Potatoes are such beautiful plants to grow inside! My potato plant is now growing in it's own window, since it started taking over the rest of the window garden : )

Good idea to start them in the home, ive got some chitting under the stairs here so they have a head start when the warm weather comes. Great video again

@ukgardener1 Well I'm gonna grow it as a houseplant, but you can start them inside a few weeks before putting them out, but they can go outside as sonn as the dirt is not frozen, so no real need to start them too early ;)
