Last Summer I went to Ohio with my friend because he wanted some fireworks, he bought over $3,000 worth but thanks to the buy 1 get one free and some coupons he only paid around $1,300; He got so much it took us three shopping carts full of stuff.

it depends on what your idea of "cheap is? the air defense is $160 but it s buy 1 get 1 free.... the warbirds was cool i think for around $50...the smiley face rockets were nice, 4 for $20
