@T0ME97 i am 15 and have been wearing mine for 3 years now and mine did the same in the beginning and it stops. unless you aren't washing your eye with the contact solution one a week (it keeps the eye moisturized and not dry) or if you have infection. otherwise you should be just fine

@bubbleteakun hi, it's easier to put them in and a little difficult taking them out. Practice makes perfect. the info here is good. when drying off your hands make sure it is a towel that doesn't make a lot of lint ..the lint particles can get on your lenses from your fingers. I dont dry mine. when taking out, pinch your fingers together with a little space, put on the surface of your lens, slide down a little and then slightly pinch to grab the bubble..not too hard or you will tear them.

Taking them out were a BIT hard but I figured out other ways to take them out. So what ever was best for you do it. MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN THOUGH!!!! :D

1. Will a contact lens ever go around your eye(you know like so it's behind it)? I know it said about the 'membrane' thing but the lens could squidge up =P(just deform) then go somewhere around it?

2. does it matter what eye each lens goes into? or is it so important you really need to remember and label 'em?

1. Your contact can never go behind your eye. It can go under the lids of your eyes if you rub your eyes with the contact in. Then, You will have to look up or down to find it and take it out or fix it.

2. Making sure you keep track of the lens for each eye and not switching them is only important if you have a different prescription for each eye.

I used to wear contact lenses, I was really good at putting them in/taking them out but I had to stop due to chronic dry eye syndrome. It was caused by acne medication (mostly known as roAccutane) and I learnt it's irreversible as a condition so I'm really sad I can't wear them anymore or the fact that I am not a candidate for laser eye surgery anymore.

Everyone, putting on and removing your contacts for the first time may be hell... Believe me, I've spent many hours of the day almost to boiling point because of how mad I would get because of the difficulty of the whole procedure. But trust me when I say this: every time it gets easier. I thought I would be confined to glasses my whole life. But contacts are SO much clearer. Don't shun it the first time! I was nervous too! Do it guys. It's so worth it.

Before you even to the store and all, try to practice in your home. Wash your hands with soap, and stand in front of the mirror. try to touch your eye. Belive me, it's not hurt at all. I t may take some time, but you will sucsses.

I just got Contact lenses today! At first,the doctor put it in for me. He did it over 5 times and I kept blinking. I was scared. When you put them on look forward,if you're doing it ,looking at a mirror,it will be easy. I haven't tried taking them off though..I'm gonna try in about 45 minutes..I'm scared. LOL. But, If you're not scared it works very quickly and it's very easy once you get used to it..I'll probably try it about 2,3 times,and I'll get used to it.. I'm 12 years old..xDD

@shexawy1 in the pool lenses stuck in the eyes.. cause osmosis effect. in the sea osmosis effect reacts opposite and you can loose them. i have lost 1-2 times, my lenses..usually the right lense..only. i was swimming with my eyes open. the second time i lost again one lense, when i made a dive from the surface..and the water took off my lense:) finally i guess that in the pool maybe are bacterias and make bad to your lenses and your eyes..so avoid it. or swimm with your eyes closed:)

I just had my eyes tested at vision express and they sold me soft contact lenses, although they are easier to remove than hard contact I generally simply poke the lense, this serves to dislodge the lense, then just pinch it gently. Feels strange at first, but gets easier every time. I can't stress enough that cleaning your hands extensively & then making sure they are not too wet is vital.

I finally got my lenses in, well, in the left eye anyway...it took me three apppointments but I finally got at least one of them in...now I just need to get the lens into my right eye...trust me people, after you get them in once, it's so easy to do again! Just follow what your optician says and have patience and you'll eventually get somewhere with them.

Alright, just a little advice for everyone. I got my contacts yesterday, I took me roughly 20 minutes to get the first contact in, and the doctor had to do it for me. The Next day, today, I've learned that you have to hold your upper eyelashes, not just your eye. Because my upper eyelashes are long and i'm a guy. that all you have to do. it comes naturally. The rest after that it fairly easy, It took me a day to learn. I hope this advice helped. :)
