had a 1990 33 cloverleaf and it flew like shite off a shovel. recommend the run from Dundee to Braemar or Perth to Skye. Right foot hard to the floor (with the nut removed).
Lovely induction sound with those filters. Would love to use those but it gets really too hot here in Uruguay to use them i think as they would suck all the hot air in when I'm stuck in traffic with no air flow.
Car is now running Rampipes. With the recent hot weather I have introduced cold air induction pipes and it runs just fine. Does get a little sluggish in traffic when it's warm but once on the move again it clears up right away. Give them a go at least, if it doesn't perform well it is easily changed.....but it is worth it for the noise!
these are K&N filters made for DRLA and IDF carbs. They come as a kit with gaskets etc. I would highly recommend them, very well made and provide a great sound!

are these universal dual air filters or custom air filters for 33 1.7?

amazing. i'm planning to put those k&n filters on my 33. do you use intake kit? or you just fit them on the carbs?
