I'm not sure but Solari-udine sold also to RZD for moskwa stations 20-30 years ago. Please, i'm looking this old board with flips (replaced by modern Lcd) but i m'not able to the language. It is difficult for me.

Those panels have character. Also I love the sounds of the flipping numbers and letters.
