@lalala4315 You're stupid if you noticed the video was posted before the shinari was debuted or whatever so if you ask me they're the copy of hyundai. And it looks better than the shinari.

Look so amazing my ASS! It is an interesting car but not elegant. A bat mobile is more like it. We are not bat people. So, go back to your drawing board to create something like Mazda Shinari concept. I call that amazing. The best Japanese design ever. I give credit where it is due in spite of being a dire Hyundai fan.
no japanese are not any better then korean or american...they are all fairly the same in reliability and quality....
There are some jap. cars that is worse then Chrysler -- Nissan, and there are some American cars that are more reliable the Honda (Buick - 3 year dependability study ....for 5 years now)
Since 2006 Hyundai was only 8% less reliable then Honda....people who buy supposedly reliable cars wasting their money because many other cheaper cars are as reliable....
I can make a Hyundai.., you just gotta take features from other car manufacturers and throw them into your own LOL. I think they got this idea from Burnout & GTA series they like to mix and match car parts too.
wow you know the worlds about to End when a Hyundai looks like a Mercedes.... I almost mistaked this for that Mercedes concept car at the 2010 Geneva.. put them side by side they look about the same
haha true, but if u think about it... Hyundai Sonata came before the Benz F800... so, in turn, its Benz having same design cues as Hyundai which is more outrageous lol. I mean I love Hyundai for their progress they have made but.. I still feel that there should be some distinction between the actual 'premiums'
that is disturbing ive noticed that I've mistaken a Soanta for something else on the road plently of times.... I dunno for some reason I will never accept it as a Luxury brand.... but thats just me so I dont need an asian invasion on my post! lol
haha half-asian :P anyhoo, yeah... but at the end of the day, it just shows that Hyundai did make a progress... I own a 06 Mazda and have always been Honda/Mazda type of guy ... but as of right now I'd actually consider going to the dealership!
hah thats cool. I respect the brands I just cant stand how if you talk about Toyota its like you get attacked by people who say the dumbest thing. like that their recalls are sabatoge etc etc..
Yeah... but for KIA it's the previous Audi/VW designer who is leading the pack and I'm sure he is one of the chieft individual who decides on dimension sizes for most cars with engineers and other things. Also, they are not ripping off anyone, they are just trying to make it more competitive with a better price tag. Unless you want to be 'Americans are all FAT, Asians are all SMART, KFC is for bl'ack people, and Hyundai is pig because they copy everything' type of person.
The biggest problem with this is its a concept. I ****ing HATE concept cars. the Exterior of the production model will NEVER look that sexy.. the Interior wont look even CLOSE to that.. The funny part is everyone says OMG to that .. and then they change it. Hyundai, when you go a head and "fudge" that one up and sell whatever car down the line that you end up with, Remember.. PEOPLE LIKED THIS ONE BETTER.. Just make it! You'll sell MORE! Don't just tease us with it.. BUILD IT!
yeah... but think about it... Hyundai's main selling point is still 'same thing but for less' or sometimes 'better equipped but for less.' With half of their engineers always working on optimizing costs, I don't think they would want to increase their cost to refineries and mills.
@davewhodavedunn concepts rarely if ever make it to production due to cost and/or safety, most concept cars are designed like a mixing pot of ideas and they judge customers reactions to parts that they like and add it to future cars

Outrageous like a concept should be, but for some reason Hyundai is on of the opinion that people like ugly, over done, cars that try too hard.

davewhodavedunn 1 year ago
@davewhodavedunn
Concept cars are basically food for thought, the costs to actually produce one could be used to produce tons of other cars.
These cars are only there to promote the company's image as well as show their design prowess.
Future cars may share bits of the design DNA, such as Mazda 3 and the Nagare designs.
