Mine likes to share, I give him an apple, he plays around with it but won't eat it until he drops it in my hand and eats it from there lol. He also won't eat out of his bowl unless we're holding it for him. They are so sweet. They want everything you have, too.

@aliensupremacy2 will you say the same thing when a golden retriever attacks you? don't assume just because you almost got attacked that all rotties are trouble. any dog can attack you. they are dogs.
tbh i dont really like anthropomorphising animals that way, but it is nice to see an owner who clearly dotes on their pet without reducing the animal to an obese slavering mess. thank you for showing people who DO want to treat their pets this way the right way to do it!

metal cuttlery is not the best idea for a rottie's enamel, plus the bites are so small that she's going to end up swallowing more air. i know you can be extremely close to your pet, but dogs are dogs, don't spoonfeed them. my dobermann has never been spoonfed.
to 2008sharkie - your rottie looks so cute and happy - have you had to go through any behavoural problems with her or is she like that due to your immense love and affection towards Lola. I ask because I think it would be nice to see a docu-movie about a real rottie and pitts, you know the ones with the stigma attached to them that they are aggressive monsters that are out to eat us, and to disprove all of that to show that they are trully loving and friendly dogs.
@tylerhaunted We have not had any problems with her. She is truly sweet and affectionate to all of my family. I have 3 little girls who were very young when I got her and she has been awesome with them. I post videos on here of her with my girls frequently and you can see in them that she wouldn't hurt them ever! Thank you for your comment. I think more people need to understand these animals instead of being scared of them.:)

My rottweiler likes to sleep on the bed, drink from the tap/hose instead of the bowl, eat from a plate or from fork, sits on kitchen chair and lies on his back!
What a gorgeous girl! Aren't rotties just the best?! I've also taught my two rotties to eat treats from a spoon (not all their meals though). A dog's natural tendency is to lick a spoon, rather than open their mouth, so it does take a bit of practice. If you ever need to give them a pill, it makes it sooo much easier.
