The words are in French but the music was written by Joaquin Rodrigo (Sagunto Valencia Spain 1901-1999) Concierto de Aranjuez ( 1939) The piece you hear is the second movement. Two other details, Rodrigo went blind when he was three and Aranjuez was a brutal battlefield in the Spanish Civil War, but now has beautiful gardens as mentioned in the song
