hey help me i lost the video player by detaching it and putting it somewhere i don't know can you help me please

Hi when I try to apply the spotlight and highlight to videos I am trying to edit in Camtasia studiuo 7 it says in red: "Name of your video MP4 contains no cursor data. Cursor effects cannot be applied."

So how do I apply cursor data to an existant external video?

Surely there must be a way to apply the spotlight and highlight to videos other than screen recordings?

@Tom2nz You can't, you have to record the file in CAMREC format.

how do i edit the title when i log on?

i know how to change picture and everything but i cant make it one of those moving pictures in the Library </3

@TheDarkjanga You have to use the call out feature, for text.

You would have to import the background as a video... I don't think you can make moving backgrounds, like you can in other video editors...

i downloaded the program but the getting started video wont play what do i have to do??

I can't remember exactly, what comes up on first launch.

@CJCA915 the thing that happens is 1. when i click play it just goes 1 sec and so it stops 2. the video is black no pictures

@G0LD3NF1RE Probably have to go to Add/Remove Programs, find Camtasia, uninstall it, and then reinstall it.
