Your backgrounds are disappearing because GTA SA doesnt support HD texture (car mods).

Easy fix for that is to download the SA Stream Memory Fix and ur textures will be normal once again

Sure if you like your game crashing every 30 minutes. Better graphic card suggested.

It doesn't crash, it just that it doesn;t accept the mods and everything stays default

The solution: Upgrade your computer by quite a large degree.

Upgrade the processor, amount of R.A.M. and graphics cards / video cards.

It'll cost a lot, but alas, it will be worth it! Also, reinstalling with the same modifications will NOT fix it.

The non-vehicle graphics lag / flicker because I've figured out that Grand Theft Auto San Andreas processes / loads different objects at various levels of 'importance'. The game was designed to load vehicles as a number one priority. Here is the order things load in the game:

1: All vehicles.

2: All non-vehicle objects. (Roads, lamp posts, benches, etcetera.).

3: All pedestrians.

The other objects don't load correctly because all the power is going to the vehicles.

It's because of the computer's bad graphics card...it can't handle all of the modded high textured cars. That's why...I recommend using the cheat GHOSTTOWN to lower the cars on the street and it helps your background a little.

I made the car texture with the orange lettering and the round symbol I found from a uniform patch. However the Original Car model I didn't make, Those were made by bxbugs123, But he didn't make one with an all blue LED light bar, so I use what I can find.

Sometimes they use all blue, blue with a little amber and sometimes with some white but those new chargers are awesome i must say!

Originally, I was going to make the one with the white letters, but I found dodge chargers with orange letters, which are newer, and I liked those better and I saw a crown vic with Orange letters, so I made it with Orange, letters, a good thing I did, Any one who thinks that I didn't make this Skin myself is a Idiot.
