i dont understand how to turn the bass "completely off" i can only get it down to a small rumble.. i didnt want any rumble... thats the problem i have with this cd deck.

You can completely turn it off through the deck. In the deck's menu, go to SW Setting 1 and switch it to off *at low volume please, we don't want incorrect phases to blow up your sub*
