good by sanders first round came out swinging but like the commentary send he looks like hes in shape to play 18 holes not go 12 rounds!! vitali is to strong, fast, smart
I think vitali was suprised by sander's punching power.. actually sanders almost knocked him out !! sanders is too lazy to defense himself thou, he just keeps punching :D shame that sanders wasn't that good condition..
O common!!!!!! Is out there really one dump who would insist that sanders would have beaten vitali klitschko????? O pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Corrie Sanders is now my best CURRENT HEAVY WEIGHT BOXER!!!
This guy is smart and knows how to fight. He was schooling Vitali. With the right physical training he the will finish the big ass Pretender Klitschko.
@WhiteSlift You seem to have a lack on boxing history knowledge. Sanders isnt a noname, he was one of the most feared boxers in the histroy. He has one hell of a punch and is also good in skills and technique, but his biggest flaw is the lack of stamina. He simply is a lazy boxer when it comes to training and has too much of bodyfat. When he was in better shape and in his prime, it was extremly dangerous to face in the ring and very likely to exit the ring with a lot of damage!
@BigFatCode You're right on that. Sanders had insane punching power and could have achieved much greater success with more training effort. I really don't know why I labeled him as a no name, normally that's not my style.
that was hell of a punch. the sound was very ugly, sounded like when i kicked a basketball with high velocity all across the sport hall hitting an unaware guy full, ages ago, he's fine:))
If Sanders ever would have got real serious about his boxing career...........wow, he would have been somethin'. Never seen anyone hurt Vitali like he did in that first round and that was definitley a knockdown. Serious left handed power. I can't remember a heavyweight with power from the left side like Sanders.
this was the next fight he had straight after wladimir, but he should of held his belt against at least two easier opponents before facing vitali, it might have got him use to the thought of being a champion and inspired him to get in shape, then he would have been a force not to fuck with.
if only sanders would have got rid of that belly, I aint saying he should look muscular like vitaly for a man with natural speed you don't want that, however sanders is dangerous as fuck, but that bellyrolls taking it's toll on his legs and lungs.
Look at him. He can't handle pressure from a strong power puncher. He won against a fat out of shape slugger here but he was hurt many times in this fight and showed he cannot handle a big, strong slugger well. Foreman KO2 in his prime.
@BoxKickboxMMA Can't handle pressure from a strong power puncher? Would have beat Lewis if Lewis didn't headbutt him and cause that cut above the eye.
Yeah, can't handle pressure from a strong power puncher. Anytime he met a guy who fought him that way he either lost or looked like shit while getting stunned many times. Watch him against Lewis and Sanders.
And no he wouldn't have beat Lewis. In your wet dreams kid.
@BoxKickboxMMA Ain't no kid. If you didn't know by now Vitali has never even been knocked down. His first defeat was due to a tear of his rotator cuff(Very Serious injury in any sport). His loss against Lewis was because the referee stopping the fight due to a cut suffered when Lewis headbutted him because Lewis was getting his ass kicked and knew he could not outbox Vitali. If this is not true why did Lewis not give him a rematch like he promised to after the fight? Vitali is best
Listen you lying piece of fucking garbage, watch my video about vitali. It shows the punch that caused the cut. You actually believe Vit's bullshit about a headbutt or that Lewis never hit him with a big right hand? LMAO.
Again, he can't take pressure from a fighter who is capable. if washed up old out of shape lewis and journeyman out of shape Sanders hurt him that many times and gave himthat much trouble, foreman would have destroyed him. styles make fights, soviet fool.
@BoxKickboxMMA After lennox threw the straight right he went into a clinch with klitschko and headbutted him causing a severe gash above vitali's eye. If Lennox would have knocked him out why didn't he give rematch? Because he knew he could be in the best shape possible but still has no chance against Vitali. Foreman is a legend no doubt about it, but Vitali is also. Vitali K.O. Foreman in 1st round... Joking haha we will never know who would win but fact is Vitali has never been knocked down
I think you are right on everything you told. Lennox wasn't in his prime in that match, that's a fact, but Vitali after headbutted conditioned is performance, if it wasn't for that Headbutt, for me Lewis would be TKO in round 9.
Sorry wasn't possible to see a rematch, but a cut deep like that is by headbutt, impossible cause that damage with a single punch
@BoxKickboxMMA he also has highest knockout percentage. Supposedly he was knocked out in kickboxing against pele reid but I have never seen or heard pele talk about or do this. You must have Vitali mixed up with Wladimir. Foreman and Wladimir both in prime I see Foreman winning but how can you beat someone who has never been knocked down, never been behind at end of fight in scorecards, and throws more than 1000 punches in 12 rounds? I do not think he is beatable PERIOD .
@anormalnick - Lol I was wrong. Tbh I made that comment having only seen THIS 1 fight. I just watched Klitschko's fight against Chris Byrd - Klitschko was awesome. I take back my previous comment :)
@bosanaczauvjek - You're so right. I take back this previous comment. Haye was totally outclassed. He was talking nonsense right from the very beginning. Klitschko totally owned him. (now I'm going to try & remove that comment) Have a nice day :)
Кличко - не победим... Сандерс столько мазал - а Виталик попадал за каждым ударом... Да, стиль Сандерса неудобен - но Кличко, - чемпион!!! Как Виталик уходил от ударов Сандерса - это же красота!!!!
Im a Klitschko fan, so dont jump all over my shit, but I cant remember Wladimir ever digging down and engaging in a slug out like Vitali did in that last minute of round 3.
i dont get this, Sanders rcoked Vitali pretty well in the 1st round but then he was very low on energy and didnt attack in the second that doesnt make any sense because he definitely still got a lot of energy as you get out of round 3, 6, 7 and 8 so what the fuck he is doing there in the second round ?
@johnosandra vitali throws more punches per round than any heavyweight out there at the moment, he has a very good punch output. Id love to see wlad throw a little more though....
@trojanmic I agree with you about Wlad, he does need to throw more punches. He used to before he ran into Corrie Sanders though. Look at his fight with Ray Mercer. Sure, Wlad was fighting a 41 year old man but it was a fight in which you had to look at Wlad and not Ray. Wlad looked amazing in that fight. Combination punching, he was snaping his punches rather than pushing them, getting his full weight behind them and mixing in body shots along the way, it was Wlad at his best.
@sarjil I wouldn't say that, Sanders was probably one of the few ppl to give Vitali a hard time, if you look at his records alone it's pretty damn impressive
@johnosandra There is also Ibeabuchi, a waste of talent for sure. Sanders was definetly the most mismanaged heavy of all time. A white guy with blinding hand speed, devastating power, and a willingness to trade, that is a friggen cash cow regardless of how good he is. Then again not many people were willing to face him.
older brother saved wladimir from getting knocked out again in the rematch. just goes to show how lucky wladimir is to have a tough older brother to avenge his defeat. no way wladimir wouldve have beaten him in the rematch. i have alot of respect for vitali.
Lol gotta praise Sanders, guy's technique is zero but he can still challenge Vitali decently.
