@koler6789 How do you know i am not a trainer and do you believe everything a "trainer" tells you?Sometimes its agood idea to use the ol' brain to contemplate things...This way of wrapping is COMPLETELY incorrect not only because of the palm issue but the guy starts with the sling of the wrap to the inside of the hand, another cardinal mistake as the wrap loosens when you make a fist in contrast to it tightening when you start on the outside of the hand,comprende?

@boxing1000 This is true, and it's the most common mistake to why most people injures their hands during a hitting impact. This "reversal" wrap is the reason why I fractured my metacarpus.

@dennischi Also, the complete covering of the palm is wrong as you cannot properly close your fist.

Good technique but if you notice Those are good wraps but western style boxers use that, real muay thai wraps are seperated into 4 wraps all together, and there more like gauge type of wraps
