Powerrack, bench, olympic bar, bumper plates, plates, DB, heavy bag, medicine balls, kettle bells, suspension trainer you didnt mention, one of the smartest peices of equipment in there. The old school fan bikes are an awsome workout. Sell the rest of that equipment. Where is the pull up bar and something for dips??? Good stuff except for it being cluttered as fuck
@InferiorThanYou I never said it wasn't good, i said it isn't much to brag about. I am not much much weaker. I bench 285lbs for 3 reps maxing out at 315lbs which isn't much to brag about either. I am sure your brother is now stronger if he kept training since this was uploaded on may 8th of 2010. Get off his nuts and represent your own lifting stats. Nothing more has to be said. Anything after this would just be immature.Like i said before, great gym. peace out.
I can't believe you used precious, scarce space in a home gym for specialized weight machines like a neck machine and a spider pad low row. Where's the leg press? Where's the glute ham bench? Do more research before making huge investments in equipment with limited uses.
i didnt see any sort of equipment for legs??? a gym membership is better because its cheap wont clutter your home and also huge selection of equipment but hey its okay for me i have a rich uncle who has a full gym in his home so im good.
@nav19891989 thats what the power rack is for mate. you can squat in it and use it for partial deadlifts and shit. straight barbell for stiffs and you can lunge with it too. i've got a leg press at home to go along with my other stuff but a heavy duty power rack is a great bit of equipment for your basics.. :)
@Mortier18 my brother lifts his max bench press was 250 and his squat was 325, as for the gym its does belong to our dad hes the one who told us to do this video
i also have a home gym yours is a similar set up to mine minus the fixed dumbbells, very nice quality stuff. just to say the back ups are called hyper extensions, i just found that out recently to but hey it sounds better than back ups, have fun training .
All them pricey freeweights and it dont look like the kid has used any of it once other than to make this video

sell the neck machine, and the row machine and get yourself a leg press...and its not a "back machine" per say. its a glute ham raise.

Great gym but 250 bench press and 325lbs squat is really nothing to brag about. Train smart and hard. Peace!

Cool gym. I personaly don't think you're a powerlifter because
you called the glute ham raise a back machine.
I think its daddy's gym

Personally, I would free up more space with getting rid of that olympic flat bench. You can bench press inside the power rack with your FID bench.
