Yes. There should be a political test to take before one is allowed to vote. There are too many uninformed people voting, but then again we have our dumbed-down and deceitful media to blame for a lot of that.

In California you can vote without ID. They say required ID would disenfranchise poor and old people, but what they really mean is we need votes from illegals and those with low IQs.
