On your question at 4:45 - why would you have an RODC with no cached passwords, I had the same question, to which I found that it will still help speed up authentication and it speeds up policy processing for the site, as those pieces can still be done locally.
What was the purpose in adding "never cache" and 'branch users" to the other default groups? Doesn't that achieve the same thing as adding them to the Password Replication tab?
