  • Just wait till the Hob-E-Tack to dry clear and then stick the stuff on (about 1 hour) and it will work great. I also like to give them a light spray of clear coat.

  • She doesn't seem too happy about being in this video.

    Great looking tree.

  • thats it?...no hair spray and ( woodland scenics or similar) "grass' mat'l on the lichen? it would turn out soooo much better , it has the effect of individual. leaves.., justsayin

  • she is a hot mama yeah! but good job!

  • lichens, pronounced "like-ins" just fyi..

  • where do you buy the foliage and lichen ?

  • She is one hot mama

  • Tumbs up for Mrs. Europeantrainman hehe...

  • Nice that the Mrs. is involved with the hobby. Congrats to you guys!

  • How long you wait until the glue dries?

  • Just a couple of minutes... the longer the better though!

  • I would watch her read the yellow pages.

  • She is definately atreat to watch .when is she going to appear on more videos,I am tyred of watching guys.Any way a serious note, does linchen dried after awile, and if so is there something that can be sprayed on it to keep it soft?.Great job both of you, keep it going.

  • @retrainrun I agree with you.

And about the lichen, I find that it dries out severely when there is no humidity, but once it gets humid outside again, the lichen becomes soft.

  • Well, Done! You make it look so easy. I can't wait to see more tips on this. Kudos!

  • Man, you have great ( pretty) help making those pretty ( great) trees.

  • Great video, and I have to say, she much better to look at! lol... seriously, cool to have the lady helping, I enjoy working with mine on the landscaping stuff.

  • Yeah the Hob E Tack works great. Just wait until it dries and becomes a clear color then put your foilage or lichen on. After it's on/done spray it with several coats of hairspray.

  • Thanks for the great tip!!

  • actually with the Hob E Tack glue you have to wait 15 minutes and let it dry then it becomes really tacky and you put the foilage on the armature. It is a great product if you just follow the directions. Good looking trees:)

  • Do you finish it with anything? IE Scenic Cement or once it's done, like at the end when you hold it up, is that it?

  • If using clump foliage, we'll spray it with scenic cement, but with linchen, the glue on the branches is good enough to hold everything in place!

  • Were those Woodland Scenics tree armatures or another company?

  • Yes, they are the Woodland Scenic Tree Armatures!

  • Nice, you guys keep up the good work!

  • Nice! I have a whole bag of that lichen stuff.
