its under the eighth Amendment therefore prisoners/ detainee are guaranteed health care for obvious reasons.
constitutional right to medical care ? where's mine ? if i broke my leg i would have to chew it off myself or go into indentured servitude to pay the medical bills for the rest of my life. health care is a disaster in the US
