@lightning571 O_O actually YOU're sick for calling me so for just giving MY opinion on each artist's performance! I even complimented 3 out of 4 of them! And didn't even insult the one I didn't like, but gave a rather polite criticism. I believe you're rather rude, and pointing out my 1 spelling mistake (I'm not from an anglosaxon country) doesn't make your opinion better than mine.And I don't think the guitarist is bad, just that he is unworthy of the artists he is playing with.

@RottenZombieChick You're way off on Fiuczynski. The man is a mad guitarist and he a very distinct style. His work with Screaming Headless Torsos is incredible. He is also a professor at Berklee, which is the school this entire group came from. He is definitely worthy of being here. I do prefer the trio setup, but the albums that do feature David are great and fresh. I wouldn't change Sonicbloom's lineup.

For the naysayers. A. Hiromi Uehara is a JAZZ pianist. B. The banner in the background even says "Jazz San Javier" C. What's wrong with Claire de Lune being written into a jazz format? It's refreshing to hear it in a different format. Makes the music feel more alive. But if jazz isn't your cup of tea? Then move along.

Lets be fair with all of those who said that this killed Clair d Lune... It's just that when it's posted like this it's really annoying, When I read in title (Artis) - (Composition) I expect to hear at least somewhat unchanged. Now, THIS, even though it's really awesome, innovative, jazzy (love jazz)... it ain't Clair d Lune, the Tempo, Rhythm, Arrangement, much more is changed (besides beginning, and a 6min in is recognizable), so I would like to see some other labelling like "Jazz Clair dLune"

Don' t listen to Claire de Lune as you expect it to be played in a classical way, listen to the music as the music is, listen to the music as she is playing it - excctly as she is playing it. Of course Debussy did not mean the music to be played this way, he is from another time in history. And Hieromi Uehara did not kill the song. How could she - the old classical version still exists, she is just creating new life and new music - that's not the same as killing.
