impressive.....hamstring flexibility is definately great.. I can barely even do the bent knees one, the flexibility in my lower body is extremely poor, been trying to improve it...but not really seeing much results.

Stretch first thing in the morning and then again in the evening for good progress. Make sure you warm up first! Keep watching and keep going! : )

Start by lifting one leg at a time with the knee slightly bent! You can do it! : )
