  • impressive.....hamstring flexibility is definately great.. I can barely even do the bent knees one, the flexibility in my lower body is extremely poor, been trying to improve it...but not really seeing much results.

  • Stretch first thing in the morning and then again in the evening for good progress. Make sure you warm up first! Keep watching and keep going! : )

  • Start by lifting one leg at a time with the knee slightly bent! You can do it! : )

  • cool more exercise for fit ppl.
