  • @xmodvin12 lol @ 5:36

"Have you ever done that before, Rich?"

    "Yes."

Then he gives 'im this look of, 'You son of a bitch...'

    Hahah.

  • Is this a good profession to get in I'm trying to decide either auto collision or auto service

  • If people are scared of scratching the paint they can spray it with body wax after the job.

  • lol y dese mothafuckas arguing during the video

  • 2:00-2:04 thats what she said hahahahahahahahahaah thumbs upso every1 sees

  • meaning of a shell is were the door and window is attach to. meaning of a frame is what the shell sit on were you see body mounting bushing is use to attach the shell to.

  • I have the same pry bar and that is the same way I do it. I have never ever watch this video at all before I start working on my dent because I am a at home do it yourself that knows it all and do it all just by doing it if you know what I mean Pete. Once you try something and it work you will remember how to remove the next dent the same way. Wish there was a method to painless damage collision removal to a car shell. LOL Shell and frame are different meaning.

  • thanks for your video good tip

  • how do you remove a dented dead animal from your front bumper???

  • @pinkwontons with a fork and spoon????

  • thanks for the tips have a dent in my front panel

  • I'm a paintless dent repair professional, And unless you tape up that tool tip or used a non scratching (professional dent removal tool) then you are removing the inner e-coat with that pry bar. The e-coat needs to be reapplied or it will rust eventually.

  • hahaha painless dent removal =))

  • gotta remove those "painless" dents!

  • @syclonefast I was listening to music while ruining my car.

  • D.I.Y....must mean "Destroy it yourself" what a friggen hack job this guy is.Absolutely no understanding of PDR....Stay with the paint fumes dude and leave a PDR repair to those that have skill...

  • @blsplr51 real easy to find something negative right..If you were paying attention Pete

went the extra mile and risked hurting it but actully helped it for no charge. Best stick to showing folks how to play guitar and leave the body and paint work to those who do

    know how fruitcake..

  • I'm thinking that the Ecoat might have to be reapplied. Never attempt this without proper training.

  • I tried it with a long screw driver on the hood of my Honda and it left all these little pointy nipples! I then called a dent company and they said I ruined it. He said, it would only have been $80.00 to fix it. Now it's going to cost me several hundred dollars!!!! Thanks for the DIY video Pete!!!!

  • @luvudsney then you should stick to listing to music and leave the real work to a pro

  • @luvudsney wat are u stupid dont use a hammer wich u probably used, if u do wat pete demonstrated and take ure time doing it lightly push with a tool and the dent will pop out...ive done this before it works.. DONT BLAME SOMEBODY ELSE FOR YOUR STUPID MISTAKE, EITHER THAT OR U NEVER USED A TOOL!!

  • @MVC2FOELIFE what are you stupid? I said screw driver, not hammer! Wow you're smart.

  • @luvudsney if u use a screw driver lightly push u wont get nipples dont be dumb it works homie u got no skills

  • @MVC2FOELIFE ok McGoober

  • @luvudsney

or you can just go to the JY and blow 50 bux and get another hood and paint it. derrrr...

  • @Stevespeeze Great idea!!! Do you have a D.I.Y video for painting too? derrr, what was i thinking?

  • that looked easy, and painless.

  • great info, thanks joe ,florida

  • Great video I own a paintless dent repair tool set and it works great, but after using it I realized many tools could have done the same job. I think I paid like $225-$250.

  • Great technique Pete. Thnx so much.

    John, Canada,.

  • "Hillbilly North Carolina Shit" hahahahahhahaha.......

  • These are great! the whole mini-cooper series! wow

  • what do you do about the scratched metal in side? won't it rust after from the inside out? or you just spray paint in there later?

  • @showmethedammovie If you do it properly you shouldn't scratch the paint, new cars these days the metal is so thin that the dent usually pops out with ease.

  • great video pete!

  • Love the channel Pete! You do good work. Perfect way to pass that gift to others who want to learn.

  • Hey Pete love your videos always learning from them. I got a question for you, hope you can help me out. I have a Sata 3000 hvlp b with a 1.4 and no matter what i try i get orange peel from hell, clears always seems to go on thick, try setting up gun following several people on youtube but all seem to have different ways. Temp runs between 70-75 degrees,i use a sata regulator non digital at 2 bars about 29 psi. Dcu2021 is the clear I use with medium reducer and DCX61 hardner. Thanks

  • @11ingenious just letting you know they have a tech sheet(pdf file) on ppgs website under comsumers products, then find your paint, that could help. but just guessing probably turn up you air pressure to maybe 33ish, but i am no professional so i could be wrong.

  • Very cool!! Thanks for taking the time to make videos

  • Ive done this with a pry bar but I wrapped some tape around the edges. I hate scratching stuff!

  • Great stuff Pete !!

  • nice video Pete, very well explained, and very understandable. Great camera angle you can see the dent come out as you go. i now know how to fix small inperfections without bondo on late model cars. Thanks Pete!

  • good PDR work With a prybar,i seen a guy on here with VERY expensive Fancy Tools, and he did a good job but he also did very small imperfections and dents.Anyway Pete have you ever seen the Zebra stipe tecnique? put somthing with stripes next to the car and youl be able to see the reflection in the cars finish and see the exact boundries of the dent

  • @MrJsowa Thats a good idea, Im gonna try it.. Makes sense.. Pete

  • great stuff!
