If you ride, slow the fuck down.
The van driver pulled out in front of oncoming traffic and so it's his fault..... I don't how this is even an issue. That bike looks like it's going fast but that's only because it's so close to the camera, probably around 40-50mph. I don't ride bikes, but I know that when you drive into oncoming traffic you make sure the road is clear. He didnt. He caused the accident.

And how the fuck is that? If the guy wasn't riding the pubic road like it was a track, there would've been no accident. The van saw the bike from afar, then once he realized the speed the guy on the bike was moving at, he stopped/slowed. You have to give props to the driver of the van, or that guy could have died instantly if the van had just kept on going.

I live near the region where the accident happended, imo 50%van fault,50% rider's fault,at that speed is really hard to avoid anything.I hope both learned their lesson and no major injuries.
Using a public highway as a race track is stupid every time he went past for every one to VIDEO him he was risking his and others lives there was an entrance to a car park and that was bound to happen at some stage.it was not 50-50 and it was not the van drivers fault. And yes I do ride a bike!!
@redhotbarrell You're right, this is not a 50-50, these guys should not be going these speeds especially past points of interest, and yes i also ride. Clearly 100% recklessness with these riders.
@redhotbarrell What are you talking about. Each of those passes was made by different riders. Being on a bike you really don't care if anyone's filming you or not.
@DrThorpeLee i hope you dont ride with your eye site then.its the same rider.1st pass at 1.00 min 2nd at 2.16 and the third is at 2.56 which results in the crash.dont try to teach your grandma how to suck eggs use the pause button thats what its for
@redhotbarrell you must be kidding.....the guy with the Van caused the accident. He got in front of the bike. He should wait until the bike drove away and not doing what he did. Of course, the guy on the motorcycle drove fast, but this is another problem. He was driving in the right side of the road. I agree that the bike driver shouldn't drive so fast on a public road, but police should give him a speed ticket for that. The one who caused the accident is the Van driver!
@Vmaxjorge So it's the Van driver's fault that the bike rider was going three times the speed limit and had he been going the speed limit he would've had time to brake or take evasive actions. It's not the police job to ensure the speed limit is obeyed, I hope he learned a lesson from his stupidity, slow the fuck down on PUBLIC roads. He's out there driving like a Goddamned maniac and this poor schmuck is trying to earn a living, fuck outta here.
@DaninJonesboro by driving that fast, the biker harmed only his health in this accident. He was though in the right side of the road!!!! If you see it from the legal point, the one who caused the accident is the Van driver who drove in front of the biker on the wrong side of the road! If they take it on court, they will see that I am right.
@Vmaxjorge You have some valid points and I respect that, my only point is if you are going to drive reckless(speeding) then do it in a controlled environment(racetrack) where the unpredictable can be managed. It's not a driver on a public road responsibility to factor in someone who's traveling at extremely high speeds, leave that to officials at a private course.
@DaninJonesboro I agree with you. If you are driving that fast on a public road, you are a danger for the other drivers aswell and they should take you the driving licence away first for one year and if your do it again, permanently
@DaninJonesboro you see, the biker drove too fast in did, but if we on the other hand give right to all "Van drivers" like this one, whenever a similar accident happens, the careless "van drivers" all over the world will say "the biker was driving too fast" even if it isn't truth. You got my point?
@Vmaxjorge I got your point but when roads are engineered the designers take into account the speed and response time that law abiding drivers will have, we cannot expect a van driver on a road rated for 60 kmh to react to a vehicle traveling at 140 kmh. What appeared to be a van turning in front of a helpless biker isnt what it seems, the driver probably didnt even see the bike coming and what if there was a bend that the biker came around?
@DaninJonesboro You are right. I Greece back in 2004 there was a place where the national road was under construction and all vehicles were forced to take the old road. Two bikers came into the road driving extremely fast (some say, over 150mph). After a bent an old man with his traktor was trying to come across the old road and while he was right in the middle of the road, the two bikers in a blink of an eye hit the tractor and died instantly. Of course, this was their fault..
@Vmaxjorge Man that was tragic but you ever see the car commericals when they advise you that the 'driver' is a professional and the course is closed, when taking extreme risks the whole object is to minimize the unknown. When you ride at extreme speeds the best place to be is on a track and thereby eliminating the risk of other drivers.
@rider4343 No way was this the van drivers fault. There is no way the van driver would have been able to judge what was safe. The speed of the motorcyclist took that ability from him. I ride myself and have had mates killed on bikes, but when it's your fault, it's your fault.
@simoneales1967 yes it was the van drivers fault if you carnt judge what is safe then as any other fuker driving you wait untill you no it is safe and yh fair enough he should be speedin but thats what you buy a bike for the thrill of freedom and the speed and adrenilin if you dont want that buy a fukin ped
Once van driver spotted Rider approachin @ insane speed there was room for rider to come thru... Not so kool now in front of the crowds... Another bad advert for true bikers
Why so many people thumbs downing great video footage like this? Its lucky they got this on video. Its like theres all kinds of dumb people that hate motorcycles, just cause they would never ride them! Bet when gas hits 10 bucks a gallon the might lose weight from starving and be forced to find cheap transportation.
@rider4343 What in the World are you talking about?.....Anyhow: AGAIN? I have already explained - at length and repeatedly - how it is that you are biased - and now you demonstrate that bias again...
By these continued, appalling acts of terrifying, slack-jawed incomprehension, you have satisfactorily confirmed my initial fears that I'd have better off talking to a potato, or a carrot.
@replyandyousuckballs after reading most of your commments. in which i discovered you think your some what of a smart talking cunt.. all the fancy words in the world dont make up for the fact that the van shouldnt of pulled in! watch closely the van driver isnt even looking into head on traffic. now im not saying its his fault completely i appreciate the bike shouldnt of been speeding. but the van driver is an idiot an the rider is an idiot this is 50/50 all the way!!
@repYAends What are you yapping about, do you even know? It is not a matter of "fancy words". It is matters of cause, effect and dereliction of responsibility in the first instance. No amount of your nonsense changes the fact the biker was reckless and irresponsible in the first case. With that as plain fact, unless you can demonstrate with 100% certainty that he would be just as dead if he had he been riding lawfully, not one single thing you've said has value, meaning or consequence.
@replyandyousuckballs bottom line... you talk shit pal! and i was slating you about the fancy words once again you cant help yaself. we are talking about a crash which is 50/50 your talking like your defending the van driver in the supreme courts! read what i said an watch the clip. like i said before the van driver isn't even looking into the oncoming traffic. just admit its both there faults!
@repYAends You do seem a senseless type. Here is just more of your habitual gibberish - (do you realize what you keep referring to as "fancy words" is only basic English?)
No, I have just explained how it is not "50/50". In order to prove your position, I offered you a clear opportunity to demonstrate, with 100% certainty, that the biker would be just as dead had he been riding lawfully. You are plainly unable to do that - so the situation is unchanged, ie: nothing you have said has any value.
Shouldn't dick around and take chances like that at an unsafe speed knowing other drivers on the road love to pull out in suspiciously annoying place. If you value your life and enjoy having a bike that ins't now buried in a ditch be a bit careful yeah... LAD
@rider4343 suggesting I am prejudiced against the bike is ridiculous, uninformed and a poor attempt at mis-direction for a number of reasons: it's untrue; there's no evidence of it; if anything it is YOU who are demonstrating your prejudice with the dismissing of directly relevant issues that point to the bikers culpability as "iffy"; and I enjoy bikes. If anyone is demonstrating bias, it's you.
The test? Conclude, via reductive reasoning, who, in the first instance, was irresponsible here.
@rider4343 No, I just explained that the biker rendered what may or may not have happened had he not been speeding completely irrelevant immaterial - because he was speeding. The counter argument is that van drivers ability to react to traffic was compromised by traffic the was travelling at excessive, unlawful speed - and that is where the argument ends, because nothing else can be proven. I just explained, 2 wrongs cannot make right in law and that the suggestion is foolish and meaningless>
@rider4343 Have you lost ALL your sense? Which of us sounds ranting? You didn't ask me to explain anything - that's an obvious lie - and, once again, even though I've corrected you once, you attribute to me words I never said, having deliberately misinterpreted my meaning, which was crystal clear.
I did NOT say he "deserved" it: I said that HE was the author of his OWN destruction, which is very different - and I said HIS speeding undermines his every complaint against other road users. Simple.
@rider4343 Don't be deliberately stupid just to satisfy your own agenda, it makes you sound moronic - I didn't say the penalty for speeding should be Death, obviously. In fact I was very clear and I'm not going to repeat myself unnecessarily: read it again. Your scenario here is infected by the same prejudice, as you've reversed the cases to start with (which is probably deliberate as you know it's weak): it's the speeding T-boner, there - not the T-boned YOU would argue for. Overall: idiotic.
As a matter of fact we don't even know what country this took place in therefore your argument about it being the motorcycles fault and not the vans cannot be used unless you would like to continue showing your ignorance which is fine with me. However the van was legally at fault until we know more specifics of that roads speed limit. Another point i would like to make, that motocyle was goin between 50-65 which is most likely around the required speedlimit
@rider4343 You wanna talk about a van? Well the point is, that the BIKER has taken the van out of the discussion BECAUSE of HIS riding. HE has made that a moot point: the biker can't argue about what the van should or could have done, while he's the one law-breaking! And he can't argue about any damn thing that *might* have happened, or not happened differently if he'd have been riding lawfully. Because he wasn't .The End.
Essentially: all that took place he brought down on his own stupid head.
@rider4343 Yes. It is the bikers fault. You, me and him all know that, for several reasons, the speed he was travelling was illegal on a public road. What the biker seemed to stupid to realize, is that, as he knowingly broke the law, he forfeits his protection for anything that happens as a consequence - HE can't fault someone else for what happens because of HIS law-breaking, or while HE was law-breaking? It's ridiculous - the law does not support "two wrongs making a right".
It's clearly the van driver's fault! Why? Because the van is a 4 wheeled vehicle. No matter what a 2 wheeled vehicle does, if there is a crash involving another vehicle which has 4 or more wheels (3 wheels is debatable.) it is the 4 (or more) wheeled vehicles fault!
Use the roads as a race track, and this is what you get.Way too many young people loose their lives this way. It's not big, it's not brave or clever. It's stupid. Idiots.

That bike looks like it's going fast but that's only because it's so close to the camera, probably around 40-50mph. I don't ride bikes, but I know that when you drive into oncoming traffic you make sure the road is clear. He didnt. He caused the accident.

@coolcabincrew

DrThorpeLee 1 month ago
@redhotbarrell you must be kidding.....the guy with the Van caused the accident. He got in front of the bike. He should wait until the bike drove away and not doing what he did. Of course, the guy on the motorcycle drove fast, but this is another problem. He was driving in the right side of the road. I agree that the bike driver shouldn't drive so fast on a public road, but police should give him a speed ticket for that. The one who caused the accident is the Van driver!
Vmaxjorge 3 weeks ago
@Vmaxjorge So it's the Van driver's fault that the bike rider was going three times the speed limit and had he been going the speed limit he would've had time to brake or take evasive actions. It's not the police job to ensure the speed limit is obeyed, I hope he learned a lesson from his stupidity, slow the fuck down on PUBLIC roads. He's out there driving like a Goddamned maniac and this poor schmuck is trying to earn a living, fuck outta here.
DaninJonesboro 3 weeks ago
@DaninJonesboro by driving that fast, the biker harmed only his health in this accident. He was though in the right side of the road!!!! If you see it from the legal point, the one who caused the accident is the Van driver who drove in front of the biker on the wrong side of the road! If they take it on court, they will see that I am right.
Vmaxjorge 3 weeks ago 2
@Vmaxjorge You have some valid points and I respect that, my only point is if you are going to drive reckless(speeding) then do it in a controlled environment(racetrack) where the unpredictable can be managed. It's not a driver on a public road responsibility to factor in someone who's traveling at extremely high speeds, leave that to officials at a private course.
DaninJonesboro 3 weeks ago
@DaninJonesboro I agree with you. If you are driving that fast on a public road, you are a danger for the other drivers aswell and they should take you the driving licence away first for one year and if your do it again, permanently
Vmaxjorge 3 weeks ago 2
@Vmaxjorge You are right as well, I just hope the biker was not hurt too bad and he learned a lesson to take that kind of driving to the track.
You have a good one bud
DaninJonesboro 3 weeks ago
@DaninJonesboro you see, the biker drove too fast in did, but if we on the other hand give right to all "Van drivers" like this one, whenever a similar accident happens, the careless "van drivers" all over the world will say "the biker was driving too fast" even if it isn't truth. You got my point?
Vmaxjorge 3 weeks ago 2
@Vmaxjorge I got your point but when roads are engineered the designers take into account the speed and response time that law abiding drivers will have, we cannot expect a van driver on a road rated for 60 kmh to react to a vehicle traveling at 140 kmh. What appeared to be a van turning in front of a helpless biker isnt what it seems, the driver probably didnt even see the bike coming and what if there was a bend that the biker came around?
DaninJonesboro 3 weeks ago
@DaninJonesboro You are right. I Greece back in 2004 there was a place where the national road was under construction and all vehicles were forced to take the old road. Two bikers came into the road driving extremely fast (some say, over 150mph). After a bent an old man with his traktor was trying to come across the old road and while he was right in the middle of the road, the two bikers in a blink of an eye hit the tractor and died instantly. Of course, this was their fault..
Vmaxjorge 3 weeks ago
@Vmaxjorge Man that was tragic but you ever see the car commericals when they advise you that the 'driver' is a professional and the course is closed, when taking extreme risks the whole object is to minimize the unknown. When you ride at extreme speeds the best place to be is on a track and thereby eliminating the risk of other drivers.

@replyandyousuckballs after reading most of your commments. in which i discovered you think your some what of a smart talking cunt.. all the fancy words in the world dont make up for the fact that the van shouldnt of pulled in! watch closely the van driver isnt even looking into head on traffic. now im not saying its his fault completely i appreciate the bike shouldnt of been speeding. but the van driver is an idiot an the rider is an idiot this is 50/50 all the way!!
repYAends 1 month ago
@repYAends What are you yapping about, do you even know? It is not a matter of "fancy words". It is matters of cause, effect and dereliction of responsibility in the first instance. No amount of your nonsense changes the fact the biker was reckless and irresponsible in the first case. With that as plain fact, unless you can demonstrate with 100% certainty that he would be just as dead if he had he been riding lawfully, not one single thing you've said has value, meaning or consequence.
replyandyousuckballs 1 month ago
@replyandyousuckballs bottom line... you talk shit pal! and i was slating you about the fancy words once again you cant help yaself. we are talking about a crash which is 50/50 your talking like your defending the van driver in the supreme courts! read what i said an watch the clip. like i said before the van driver isn't even looking into the oncoming traffic. just admit its both there faults!
repYAends 1 month ago
@repYAends You do seem a senseless type. Here is just more of your habitual gibberish - (do you realize what you keep referring to as "fancy words" is only basic English?)
No, I have just explained how it is not "50/50". In order to prove your position, I offered you a clear opportunity to demonstrate, with 100% certainty, that the biker would be just as dead had he been riding lawfully. You are plainly unable to do that - so the situation is unchanged, ie: nothing you have said has any value.
replyandyousuckballs 1 month ago
Shouldn't dick around and take chances like that at an unsafe speed knowing other drivers on the road love to pull out in suspiciously annoying place. If you value your life and enjoy having a bike that ins't now buried in a ditch be a bit careful yeah... LAD
gringebag 1 month ago
@rider4343 suggesting I am prejudiced against the bike is ridiculous, uninformed and a poor attempt at mis-direction for a number of reasons: it's untrue; there's no evidence of it; if anything it is YOU who are demonstrating your prejudice with the dismissing of directly relevant issues that point to the bikers culpability as "iffy"; and I enjoy bikes. If anyone is demonstrating bias, it's you.
The test? Conclude, via reductive reasoning, who, in the first instance, was irresponsible here.
replyandyousuckballs 1 month ago
@rider4343 No, I just explained that the biker rendered what may or may not have happened had he not been speeding completely irrelevant immaterial - because he was speeding. The counter argument is that van drivers ability to react to traffic was compromised by traffic the was travelling at excessive, unlawful speed - and that is where the argument ends, because nothing else can be proven. I just explained, 2 wrongs cannot make right in law and that the suggestion is foolish and meaningless>
replyandyousuckballs 1 month ago
@rider4343 Have you lost ALL your sense? Which of us sounds ranting? You didn't ask me to explain anything - that's an obvious lie - and, once again, even though I've corrected you once, you attribute to me words I never said, having deliberately misinterpreted my meaning, which was crystal clear.
I did NOT say he "deserved" it: I said that HE was the author of his OWN destruction, which is very different - and I said HIS speeding undermines his every complaint against other road users. Simple.
replyandyousuckballs 1 month ago
@rider4343 Don't be deliberately stupid just to satisfy your own agenda, it makes you sound moronic - I didn't say the penalty for speeding should be Death, obviously. In fact I was very clear and I'm not going to repeat myself unnecessarily: read it again. Your scenario here is infected by the same prejudice, as you've reversed the cases to start with (which is probably deliberate as you know it's weak): it's the speeding T-boner, there - not the T-boned YOU would argue for. Overall: idiotic.
replyandyousuckballs 2 months ago
@replyandyousuckballs how on earth would you know the speed limit of a different
ffddssSN 2 months ago
@ffddssSN WHAT?
replyandyousuckballs 2 months ago
As a matter of fact we don't even know what country this took place in therefore your argument about it being the motorcycles fault and not the vans cannot be used unless you would like to continue showing your ignorance which is fine with me. However the van was legally at fault until we know more specifics of that roads speed limit. Another point i would like to make, that motocyle was goin between 50-65 which is most likely around the required speedlimit
ffddssSN 2 months ago
@rider4343 You wanna talk about a van? Well the point is, that the BIKER has taken the van out of the discussion BECAUSE of HIS riding. HE has made that a moot point: the biker can't argue about what the van should or could have done, while he's the one law-breaking! And he can't argue about any damn thing that *might* have happened, or not happened differently if he'd have been riding lawfully. Because he wasn't .The End.
Essentially: all that took place he brought down on his own stupid head.
replyandyousuckballs 2 months ago
