do it by swinging your arms, then you feel momentum and it moves under the moving center, you can't do it with the thinking center since the motion itself is from the moving center
Why to sink to triviality, as more important things are to be shown how to elevate himself above trivialities, to take enough distancy from (everydays) thoughts - and to feel himself as concentrating to be gone to Universe, to feel the Group, be united with the outer World, was this "extract" or something of the beginning -with old videos reports?
I managed this just now for the first time in my life.
Quite easy!
Where's the problem?
It's much more easy to make people believe in stupid tricks as spiritual elevation, than make them really elevate.
Your problem is probably just that you usally don't use enough your hands, like most of occidental people now. Then, when you at last achieve that poor circus trick, in fact you don't spiritually increase your beeing, you just make your body remember part of it's proper functions.
It's not this so called "consciousness" that you seem to be attributing this to. It is a matter of not concentrating on one or the other, and allowing your muscle memory to do it. Which is actually more unconscious.
It means U R able to unify two thoughts into one. You cannot have two thoughs at the same time, but you 'can' coordinate two opposite movements if you think of the two movements as a single physical action. Musicians are quite good at this. Is a question of using the appropriate center, as G called them. In this case, the moving center is appropriate, not intellectual or thinking.
@ffeijdrug that's interesting as I am a musician [mainly piano]. When rotating the fingers like that against each other it's the strangest feeling, and I could only achieve it by seperating myself from the actual thought... I don't know if i'm making much sense with this.
I've been reading 'The Fourth Way' and find self seperation fascinating to practice, to observe it's reality.
I did it right away. Probably because I've played the piano and sang at the same time... meaning.. controling left hand, right hand, right leg, and vocals at the same time... for a few years. You can't do it thinking it though.
fascinating!

I find it very easy, it's a matter of combining the two thoughts (movements) into one thought.
