  • I said Bushness and meant Bushnell --- see, I am a newbie! :)

  • I have really enjoyed your videos. They are very informative. I am new to birding and am enjoying it immensely. I started with a pair of 8x42 Bushness binoculars (I was glad to hear that size is good). I am getting more exercise than I used to and I am noticing all kinds of birds that I previously took for granted. I have seen herring gulls, red headed woodpeckers, sandhill cranes, bald eagles, wood ducks, red tail hawks, cedar waxwings and many other neat species. Love your videos! Thanks

  • @wguilkey Nice to hear my videos are enjoyed and still informative. Birding is a wonderful hobby and good binoculars add so much more to the experience. Glad you are out there enjoying our feathered friends too. Once we realize their beauty and uniqueness, I believe we begin to care enough to help conserve their habitats for future generations to enjoy. All the best birding to you!

  • Thanks JC. That is the plan. Make it easy and fun for new birders out in the field, so there are more people who care about our feathered friend's plight.

  • Nice work! This will be very useful for beginners and probably intermediate birders as well :-)
