hmmm its really easy all you need is minced meat1 kilogram (Keema) (finely minced) 1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp. Coriander dried 1 tsp. Cumin Seeds 4 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (finely chopped) 1 big Onion (finely sliced) 4 Tomatoes (finely chopped) 1 bunch of Fresh Mint Leaves (Podina) (finely chopped) 1 bunch of Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) Salt (to taste) 1 Egg Mix them all and leave it for an hour or so and after that its ready for cooking.
