We were warned by multiple foreign intelligence agencies and even from Afghans themselves that we would be attacked. The same Afghan source that warned the US of the attack was assassinated just a couple days before the attacks...by Taliban forces.

It also does NOT cover pre-conditions...veterans coming home needing healthcare will ONLY get full coverage if they admit to have PTSD (which in turn means they CANNOT own a firearm, ie disarming US citizens)
