lol? try to collect as many hearts and bottles as possible, that'll make it easier. Try to charge onto Ganon, and when he slashes, roll through his legs. If u find him difficult to beat, u can also stun him with light arrows.

Either use a DVD recorder or if you don't have that, pop an empty tape into the VCR, press record, play your game then use a camera that can go to your computer, then record the pre-recorded gameplay.

He means on the return and I have no idea why you would throw your boomerang. It's called Bomb Jumping usually and it's really only a good technique if you have the time or no hope of returning, otherwise the hookshot suffices.
