Haha I noticed too how they edited out the battery case not closing.

I got one of these for my blackberry bold 9000. It works, but the user interface is very basic and when changing from one SIM to another it displays 'SIM card error' before starting the new SIM. Also, the blackberry battery juts out with the bulk of the extra sim card, and I can only just fit the case over it. So overall it serves its purpose, but it makes the phone less enjoyable to use - only get one if absolutely necessary.
