Shay, you are really lucky your family is so healthy because if one of your kids had some sort of medical issue I am pretty sure you would be in debt. Medical bills are insanely expensive especially when it's like a weekly thing. I hope you appreciate how fortunate you are.

@caddog0sugar Plus remember that some children with disabilities qualify for additional health care that helps to cover the costs. I am a disabled adult who obviously was a disabled child. Due to my muscular dystrophy and blindness, we had alot of medical appts, meds, equipment, etc and my parents were blessed enough not to have too many co-pays. You can't assume that if you're disabled, you're in debt. I'm not. God is good to me.

People that don't have a condition severe enough to be considered disabled do not get help from the government and have to pay for all their doctor appointments, treatments, procedures, and surgeries which cause debt. Trust me, I know.
