"Not vote"? This is not a wise idea. Voting is an integral part of a democracy or any government. If it is rigged, we should not walk away from it. History, evidence & reason all show that the smallest gov will always give rise to the biggest gov.

with being caught up in their own lives, they check their facebook and comment and share stupid things when they could be finding out facts on the candidates and sharing to find the one candidate who won't be the lesser of two evils but will be a moral man who really wants to see america get back to greatness it once was, so they can vote for who they think will make the country better as a whole instead of just making sure they are going to get something out of the deal.

"Not vote"? This is not a wise idea. Voting is an integral part of a democracy or any government. If it is rigged, we should not walk away from it. We should defend our democracy and constitution by teaching lessons to those who would do voting fraud as the republicans did in 2000 and 2004. Make examples out of them. There is no statute of limitations on violating the constitution, it is a crime, and the people will make them pay.

@callouschristian You're correct, voting is an integral part of a democracy, but not of any government, particularly one that is a fascist state. Bolivia is probably this hemisphere's clearest example of an active democracy where a presidential candidate is put forth by the people. NONE of contemporary America's candidates qualify under that criteria. US Politics is a fraudulent circus, which can only be taken seriously to varying limited degrees. Cheers buddy!

y r so many ppl lately trying to talk us out of exercising our voting rights? voting may not b sufficient action to effect change, but noone says that it has to stop there. if anything the argument against voting is more insidious than the argument about the nonviability of 3rd party candidates. and if not for thoughtful, informed voters how do we end up with the occasional conscientious rep like kucinich or paul?
