I love this song. I really love it when they slow the music down and bring in the saxaphone. While I think MMO recorded great music, the ONE THING I CAN'T STAND is how they add the rainstorm/train to most of their songs. I can see maybe adding it to one or two per album but they use that effect quite a bit. It's a bit corny when used in more than one song. I guess that's part of their "brand" but I really want to just hear the music. The rain/train gets annoying after a few songs.
my mom had some mystic moods albums and we loved to listen to them on stormy nights, but you could recreate a relaxing stormy night with this music. Rain makes most music sound good and soulful. We have a rainy mix on our channel, if anyone is interested. The only mystic moods album I have left from her collection is English Muffins.
I have 8 of the MMO albums, yes I still call them albums. MMO was very influential in my broad appreciation for many types of music. I'm still looking for a tune or two that I am missing...
