I cant do stand up slides. I can break the wheels loose but I get thrown from the board all the time. can anyone help me?

@FreeskierSean well depends on what type of slides your trying to do, but mostly you have to remember to keep your weight back, (if your doing a heelside 180 slide or something like that keep your weight on your heels.) that was the main problem for me and it helped me a lot when it comes to not getting pitched off.
