No one's saying it's Citizen Kane but it wasn't trying to be. This is why I don't follow critics when it comes to comedy because humor is too subjective and too many of them need ot lighten up. Goldie and Kurt are so fun together.

God, I hate this movie! My mom loves it, she watches it every time it's on t.v. I love Goldie and the interaction with the children, but perhaps I hate it because I can't stand Kurt Russel and the husband character was annoying. The korean drama version is a whole lot better.

I'm with Ebert. I liked this movie. Its not great, but its still a fun movie.
I like how they are at the end like little kids trying to get the last word in. haha
