Tebis CAM solutions are the gold standard in the industry. All other CAM software solutions are a waste of time and money. If you want the best results you have to invest in the best solution. For my money I would pair a high end Droop & Rein with Tebis and absolutly crush the competition. Nothing beats Tebis speed and surface quality.
A manager in our work watched one of these being made and managed to get his hands on it when he went to DMG to see some new machines. It now takes pride of place in the office !
This is an amazing piece of work, in all regards. I hate to imagine how long this cycle took, but the process, the part, and the music for the video are all a perfect fit. I wonder how it would look if they'd stopped at chamfering the holes?
