its a 2005 jeep gas tank that should be recalled but hasn't yet.. i keep sending emails to them and all the forums that people own 05 wranglers all have this happen
More than likely there is a problem with your gas tank. A clogged vent tube in the tank can cause this. It is covered under warranty usually. And can be solved with a replacement tank.
