I used to work at a mcd and I gained 37 pounds in 6 month. Now I am working out and I've lost 10 pounds in the last 3 months. This is a real story. Thanks God I quit otherwise I'll be 300 pounds for real. Fast food is delicious but kills you rapidly. When I have kids in a future I won't let them eat fast food. Fast food is the #1 cause of obesity in the USA.
