Im back dude.... that foot problem is over... but ive got some new problem... in the re-stab my elbow is hitting my legs but i can continue my mills somehow...
these are headmills cuz you're not going to freeze and doing big collapse... this is what i want and am very close to them. i can do it but just a little bit more without collapse.. my are clean as yours cuz Im flexible but just that collapse is not what i want.. :D

@Janzkie071 You need to be higher on your back. That means you should really work on your collapse. Remember to collapse smoothly on your shoulders. Getting hurt is part of the learning process.
@shinn43 It's all in the shoulder and the angle of your arch. The higher you're on your back, the more "bounce" you can adjust the height from the hips.

@ne0l0 Yea it does :P when you untwist you get a lot of initial momentum. This is why a lot of beginners fail to understand the concept because of a simple tap they did not learn.
I learned the windmill in 2months and I strengthened my body about 1-2 months before just to prepare learning it! So all in all i needed 3-4 months to learn it! Take your time! It´s worth it!! :D

@BBOYSSEAN It's ok. Everybody has a different pace. It's ok to get frustrated. I mean tight as in put your arms in your chest when you're on your back. When you're about to turn, your right arm (assuming you're CW) comes and reaches the other side and your left palms are getting ready to catch. Remember it takes time and dedication.

...for all the comments... try spinning on your back more aka more power in ur swing... as soon as i did that i got it fine. maybe thats some of your guys' problems
@Pritamjaiswal66 There could be many problems leading up to not having enough momentum. Make sure that you are collapsing right, on your upper shoulder, properly distribute your head evenly, twist your body and such. It would be helpful if you had a video to show me or being more specific.
My right leg keeps hitting the ground right after it passes my left leg (i spin CW, stab with right hand). How do I fix this? Also, when do I unstab/collapse?
@thisisgrapes123 You're probably either not high enough on your back, your collapse is wrong or you don't have enough momentum. What you want to do is try to imagine you are in a circle. Ok from that circle you want to hit at a 90 degree angle and that's when your arm drop to collapse to your shoulder. and at the same time your legs should be arch to near your face. if it doesn't make sense tell me

1 cool trick is when you drop stab, raise yourself up a little higher to get a little more momentum.
